2 GREEN ONIONS, SPLIT AND CUT IN 2 IN. STRIPS
1tsWHITE WINE
1/2cCHICKEN BROTH
1ts(LEVEL) SALT
1tbCORNSTARCH
3tbWATER
1tsSESAME OIL

String snow peas. Blanch in salted, boiling water for 20 seconds. Drain. Preheat wok. Put in corn oil. Heat. Add green onions, and stir-fry. Add wine, broth, snow peas and salt. Bring to boil.
